Christmas Eve 10. 20 pm just had a great visit from the relations, mulled wine, food, hot ham sandwiches, choccies lovely.  Christmas tree in the corner, lights on, jigsaw going, Santa talk with the kids, christmas carols…. traditions, chat.  Good  one.

New woodburning stove in and working well, all is toasty here.  Much needed in the cold weather.  The guys who put it in did arrive, eventually, only three hours late, but they did a really great job. A fine finish.

New Stove

I am waiting for the guys to arrive to put in a new woodburning stove in my sunroom.  It’s like a freezer in there totally unusable until at least mid afternoon in winter unless I put on the electric heater, which costs an arm and a leg.  I am not going to hold my breath [...]
